Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the design and testing of product reliability scheme of the company; analyze, track and solve reliability problems;

2. Construct design systems and processes of product reliability and be responsible for supervision and control;

3. Be responsible for assessing the reliability of design products to enhance product reliability level;

4. Take charge of company’s internal training of reliability.

Qualifications:

1. Under 35 years old; bachelor degree or above in measurement and control and other related majors; people with over three years’ relative work experience have priority in admission;

2. Have good command of FA knowledge, including the analysis and definition of problems, proposing measures and management to effectively solve problems; be familiar with relevant industrial standards; have professional knowledge about ESD and other related majors; proficiently use office software; be familiar with the quality management methods;

3. Be meticulous and responsible in work; have relatively strong problem analyzing and solving ability; have strong teamwork spirit and communication capacity.
